ADVANCED RESERVATIONS
We highly recommend that you schedule your appointments at least one week in advance to ensure that your preferred time and treatment or service is available.
CANCELLATION POLICY
As a courtesy to other Spa Clients and our therapists, please give at least a 24-hour notice of cancellation to avoid full charge. A debit card number, advanced payment, or gift voucher number may be required at the time of the booking. For spa packages and two or more clients coming together, we require a 48-hour cancellation notice. Groups and bridal parties will require a 50% deposit at time of booking. We do not provide refunds for cancelled or missed appointments. For bridal/groom entourage a separate refundable surcharge is levied to ensure timely reporting for services.
SPA ARRIVAL
WE recommend that you check in at Spa Reception at least 15 minutes prior to your appointment. This gives you time to enjoy your service. Late arrival may mean reduced treatment time because we have to finish on time regardless of time you came in to avoid inconveniencing the next appointment. After your treatment time, please enjoy the spa’s lounge relaxation area, which will allow you to float back to reality at your own leisure pace.
PAYMENT TYPES
We accept cash, visa debit card, mobile money transfer, bank transfers (EFT/RTG) and personal cheques with proper identification.
RETURN CHEQUES
We graciously accept cheques, however bounced/returned cheques fee will be assessed for the same.
SPA ETIQUETTE
Our Spa environment is one of tranquility and relaxation. Please respect all spa clients’ right to privacy and serenity. Please turn off all cellular phones and pagers while in the spa area and please keep voices to a whisper.

HEALTH CONDITIONS
Please advise us of any health conditions, allergies, or injuries that could affect your treatment or service when making your spa reservation. Inspirations Spa and Salon is not liable for any information not provided to us at the time of service.
CLEANLINESS
In keeping with our commitment to cleanliness, safety and hygiene, our equipment is sterilised and sanitised after every treatment and service.
PREGNANCY
We have specially designed treatments for expectant mothers. Please allow the Spa reception and therapist to guide you in selecting which treatments and services are most suitable for you during this special time. Please provide as much information as necessary in regard to your pregnancy.
LOSS OR DAMAGE
We regret that we cannot be responsible for any loss or damage of personal property. Please keep all valuables with you during your visit.
PRODUCTS RETURNS
We will accept returned products within 14 days of the date of purchase, if accompanied by the original receipt, for the refund of the purchase price. After 14 days, a merchandise credit will be issued only for unused, unopened products. Used and opened products may be exchanged for merchandise credit for up to 10 days after purchase date after which products are non-refundable.
GIFT VOUCHERS
Inspirations Spa and Salon gift vouchers are non refundable. Gift vouchers should be used within 12 months of purchase or as noted on the “please use by” date. Vouchers may may not be used to purchase or exchanged for other gift vouchers or cash. Inspirations World of Beauty is not responsible for lost or stolen gift vouchers.Spa Finder gift vouchers may be used at Inspirations Spa & Salon on regular menu rack services only, cannot be used on wedding menu services, must be used in their entirety in a single visit and cannot recombined with any other special used for a gift voucher purchase.
